First impressions matter. Having your home clean, orderly, and presentable is critical for attracting as many buyers as possible. Keeping your house presentable throughout the selling process is an ongoing effort. Getting rid of clutter will help buyers envision themselves in the home, and also prepare your future moving efforts. When many houses have similar features, attention to detail will make your home stand out.

- Clean the inside and outside of your home, paying attention to often overlooked places (gutters, shutters, window sills)
- Remove personal belongings to increase buyer appeal
- Ask me about hiring a stager and photographer to prepare your home for listing

- Enhance curb appeal with landscaping, some simple flowers can go a long way
