  • Gather documents like pay stubs, tax returns, and bank statements

  • Know that credit score can affect loan rates
  • Receive your preapproval letter in preperation for submitting offers

  • Having the home appraised seperately by the lender
  • Making sure all final agreements and paperwork properly reflect the sale
  • Paying for closing costs
  • Receving your keys an getting official ownership
